My approach is to use whole foods and teach healthy habits as well as body, behavior and digestive awareness to create a personalized lifestyle for each client. Once we have healthy habits, we no longer need to rely on willpower. Everyone's story is different, however, we need to do similar things to eat for a healthy life. How that translates into your own life, is my specialty.

A diet analysis of your current diet to determine average calories, carbs, fat, protein, fibre and sugar,
Small weekly goals and/or a detailed meal plan, depending on your needs,
Information about calories and macronutrients, as well as which foods are good sources of each,
All the tools you need to create your own balanced diet once the program is over,
How many calories, and grams of each macronutrient you should aim to eat for your goals,
Accountability in a way that works best for you, whether that is weekly check ins or pictures of every meal;
Monthly meetings to discuss what is and isn’t working.

Intake Session: We will meet to discuss your current lifestyle and any issues or struggles you are experiencing as well as your goals and priorities.
Plan delivery: I will give you a customized step-by-step 12-week plan designed to fit your lifestyle. We will discuss tips and strategies for achieving success as well as strategies for healthy grocery shopping, meal planning and recipes, if you are looking to cook for yourself more. I will also provide any additional information for certain health issues you may be dealing with.
We will meet to discuss any questions or road blocks that have come up since our initial consultation and redefine your goals. I will provide for you a new step-by-step 4-week personalized plan to keep you on track to meet your goals and to continue your new healthier habits.
