I got into fitness and nutrition as a way of addressing my own digestive and mental health issues. Once I realized just how powerful exercise and food are in determining how you feel, I felt that I had to help others experience how monumental developing better habits around diet and exercise are. Once you start practising better habits to take care of yourself, your relationships, career, and day-to-day activities all drastically improve. They are truly the most powerful tools you have to be your best self and there is science behind it too!

It was during my first undergraduate degree that I started to fall apart mentally, which took a toll on me physically. I got into weight lifting and really started to investigate which foods were making me feel lethargic, moody, congested, bloated, and interestingly, hungover without any alcohol consumption. After graduating, I felt the only career choice for me was to help others with their own health journey, so I returned to University to obtain my biology degree in Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences. Since then, I have been personal training and leading fitness classes, as well as working one-on-one with nutrition clients. I have a passion for problem solving and love to find solutions for how my clients can build new habits into their individual lifestyle. I also love developing step-by-step programs to run in groups. The first program I developed was the Refined Sugar Free Program that I run every February, which has been successful in helping clients kick their sugar cravings. I also have a weight loss program in the works and plan to develop a program for those who have IBS or experience frequent bloating.

Wherever you are starting from, I can meet you there and create solutions for how you can eat and feel better given your busy life. We will work together to create small monthly goals to help you lose weight, have more energy, sleep better, kick cravings, and learn to cook balanced meals for yourself and your family.
