What I typically eat in a day

I am always reworking my diet to find out which foods make me feel my best and which work for my goals and lifestyle. It’s been a 10+ year process by working on small changes getting me to a healthy diet that is sustainable and satisfying. The main thing I’ve learned throughout the process is that changes to your diet take time and if you never give up, healthy eating can become easy, and enjoyable with big results in how you look and feel.
