Marinades, Sauces and Dressings
I prefer to make all my own dressings, sauces and marinades. That way I can ensure that only fresh, whole ingredients are being used. Sauces, marinades and salad dressings that you buy in the store are typically full of added sugar, salt, preservatives, emulsifiers, and artificial flavours and colours, all of which are bad for our gut bacteria and overall health. Try making your own and be kind to your gut and it will be kind to you in return!
