Overnight Oats can add excitement and variety to your breakfast, snack or dessert. You can make a few ahead of time for a quick on-the-go snack or breakfast. Perfect for those who like to work out before work and need a quick and easy breakfast or for those who are rushed in the morning. They are even great as a healthy dessert. Here are a few of my favourite recipes: Cinnamon Oats with Chocolate Cashew Cream, Vanilla Matcha Overnight Oats, Chocolate Mint with coffee(!) and layers of peanut butter, Peanut Butter and Chia Seeds, Golden Milk Oats, and Pumpkin Spice Oats.
