Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 2-3 tbsp gluten free oat flour or regular flour

  • Optional: 1 tbsp chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. If using coconut oil, measure and melt in the microwave. If using MCT oil, measure into a small bowl.

  2. Add the cocoa powder and mix until combined

  3. Add the maple syrup and mix until combined, then add the flour. If using chocolate chunks, add them last.

  4. Enjoy!
