1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp maple syrup
2-3 tbsp gluten free oat flour or regular flour
Optional: 1 tbsp chocolate chunks
If using coconut oil, measure and melt in the microwave. If using MCT oil, measure into a small bowl.
Add the cocoa powder and mix until combined
Add the maple syrup and mix until combined, then add the flour. If using chocolate chunks, add them last.
